Sharon
and I have been fortunate through the years to gather around us a
valuable network of people we can rely on in our work. These
people are vendors, employees, mentors, peers and customers.
The best way to sum up how we relate to these
people is my philosophy of "Customers as Partners and
Partners for Life." Much has been written about
consultative selling and relationship marketing but it all boils
down to building true one-on-one relationships.
If you honestly care about the success of the
people you do business with and dedicate yourself to helping
others, you'll be rewarded with customers for life.
We have been successfully practicing this work and life-enhancing philosophy throughout our careers. I have customers
who have followed me from one company to another and employees who
have joined me on multiple adventures.
Sharon has vendors that always come through for
her when she has those midnight deadlines or go the extra mile without
even being asked.
